Would thoroughly recommend this service. From the moment I called through I was asked relevant questions to help ensure the job would be handled efficiently. Everything was well explained and costing transparent. Though this is definitely a premium service it was worth it for the comprehensive work, communication and peace of mind.

After a weekend of me and my daughter having no hot water, I was feeling overwhelmed and tearful. I called Platinum based on the reviews online. James answered and was an absolute star from beginning to end. Super considerate and sympathetic on the phone; he suggested that he attend himself rather than allocating to someone else. He got my boiler up and running within half an hour and talked me through what had gone wrong. Absolutely amazing customer experience. Cannot fault it!
