Bloody cowboys! Walked in on thursday for a simple toilet valve replacement. Didnt have it in stock and ordered for me to collect tomorrow after 4PM. Went there and surprise surprise it wasnt there!! Went back on monday picked it up and it was the wrong bloody thing. Absolute cowboys!
