I have found them trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly and hardworking. The plumber completed the work to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. First he replaced the toilet efficiently. I then asked for a quote for a completely refittment of a new bathroom suite in the house which he did to a very high standard and for a very reasonable price. He not only serviced the boiler and fixed the dimmer switch which had been out of action for a year with great patience. He did multiple plumbing jobs for me in a single visit.

After being messed around by a local Plumber, not turning up, I decided to go to South Star plumbers. I rang the number and they said the plumber would be round in an hour. That call reassured me that I could expect a professional service and get my job done. The Plumber looked at the where I asked for a new tap to be fitted and advised on a much better solution for me that was neater and a quicker job, so I asked for another job to be finished off as well, so I was very happy. All in all from call to job completion a great experience. I would not hesitate to use Star Star again.

Adam was excellent, very helpful and prompt. We were delighted with the service. The plumber arrived within 25 minutes on a weekend and was able to fix the leak within an hour - including running out to get a part from a local shop. Our Plumber Adam was friendly and helpful. An excellent service.

I am really glad I have seen Southstar Plumbers team in my neighbor ‘s house doing flush their heating system.Adam and George were able to help me in a pinch. I moved into a new flat & quickly realized that my shower needed to be replaced.South Star plumbers got back to me quickly, scheduled a convenient appointment, and George was able to get things up and running within an hour of checking out the problem. He was lovely, and while I unfortunately have another plumbing job I need to tend to, I'm happy I know who to go to know. Sincerely can't recommend enough.
