From the moment I made the call, BBS were excellent. Bernard asked questions, immediately, to diagnose the problem with my underfloor heating. When he arrived he quickly got onto the issue and explained to me, in layman’s terms, exactly what needed to be done. I have a much better understanding of how the heating works in my flat now and everything is back in order. I recommend BBS, thoroughly.

Great service from the guys at BBS - clear and competitive quote. We had them convert a 1980s boiler to a modern combi. Works a treat. No pressure or hassling from them. Would recommend.

Bernard was knowledgeable on the phone, came quickly and fixed our boiler in under half an hour. He was friendly and polite and offered clear follow up advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
