I warmly recommend this company. Ben and Ian are very nice and very reliable chaps. My boiler stopped working and they came and replaced it in less than 24 hours from calling them. The process was very smooth, and the quote they gave me was exactly what I paid in the end. Very reasonable prices and excellent service.

Ian and Ben from Victoria Plumbing & Heating did great work, I fully recommend them. They have installed a new boiler and removed the old one, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Victoria Plumbing & Heating was super quick with providing us with a (fair and accurate) quote, the engineers installed the boiler very professionally and provided great service. They went out of their way to reuse the old boiler closet, found a good place for the thermostat and made sure that the piping was as neat and invisible as possible. It was especially amazing how they left my place: not a spec of dust, the living room/boiler closet were cleaner than they had found them in the first place - a joy to come home to a warm AND clean house. (On another note: thanks to Ian & Ben for introducing me to Radio 6 Music, it indeed changed my life ;-))
