Steven was prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive and kept me informed about his progress. He also found and fixed the leak. His invoices were easy to understand and his pricing seemed fair. Based on the work he did for me this week, I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone else. I used APS to replace my old boiler. Friendly, professional, prompt service from start to finish. Gave quote over the phone and by text detailing everything and also phoned to talk through requirements and background of various makes of boiler. When found cheaper deal when purchasing new boiler they ensured the saving was passed on to me. Nothing too much trouble, cleaned up as they went along and on completion. Good at finding a solution when presented with unforeseen problem outwith their control and kept to their quote. I was extremely satisfied with the completed work and would happily recommend to friends and family (in fact have already done so).
