I'm selling my house and my air conditioner was not cooling down, this was my 3rd quote. Edgar was professional, compassionate, and gave me the best quote for repair and he finished the job before my open house today. Thank you the honesty. I will recomend "We Care Plumbing " anytime.
"We Care" will sell you a system, but they won't honor their appointments to service it. I made an appointment with them, took the day off work to meet them, verified via their call center three times that they were supposed to arrive to fix the system... ...and they never showed up, never called back, never texted. "We Care" apparently doesn't. UPDATE: The We Care service technician did finally arrive after we had gone to bed, after 9pm. We never did get a call or e-mail prior to their arrival, though. Better communications or scheduling that would've set customer expectations and would have averted the aggravation of this situation. I appreciate the fact that they did finally show up, though. Better late than never!
