Myself and my partner had to call Jennie late on last night as there was water leaking into our kitchen from our bathroom. Jennie was polite and cheery and called out to our home asap. The problem was fixed effectively and quickly. Jennie’s caring and bubbly personality put my partner at ease and there was no over charging for coming out at such a late hour. I would 100% recommend Jennie and her company and we will be using this company for any future work.

Jennie arrived on time to fix a leaking cistern. Identified the issue to be a cracked inlet valve which required replacing however the cistern i had did not have a standard size hole (too small) to fit the replacement valve, which meant i had two options....get a new toilet fitted (which meant more cost and time without working toilet) or modify the existing cistern by drilling a larger hole to fit the new inlet valve (which presented the danger of cracking the cistern. Asked Jennie to proceed with drilling the larger hole which she did perfectly and then fitted the new inlet valve with no issues. Would highly recommend and definitely call again.

Broken shower quickly and professionally replaced for a very fair price. Jenny was very nice and did a great job. Definitely devoted to the project and is ready to stay until the problem is solved. Very friendly and happy to have a little chat with clients.

Called for quote as WC cistern was filling very slowly. Pink Plumbers talked me through the problem, told me the solution and quoted me a price half again of all the other quotes I already had. Arranged for the work to be done next evening .Lady Plumber arrived did the job in a short time, cleaned the work area and job done. Would certainly recommend this firm for all plumbing work as they are honest, reliable and very professional.
