Please stay away!! They are not a local company; they are an emergency company that come from goodness knows where. And when they do finally arrive, they haven't a clue on a simple task...oh, and thanks, it costs £140...

Absolute disgrace! Do NOT use under any circumstances! My complaint (ref6321878) took over 6 weeks and is still on going to resolve. Which is even longer than the ridiculously long time they give themselves to respond to complaints. They did not carry out the work they said they had, they caused damage to my boiler and yet still refuse to resolve the complaint even though all information, pictures of the damage caused and work which was allegedly carried out were provided to Rightio. I was led to believe for a fixed fee this would cover the repair of the boiler. It was not made clear that this did not cover the price of parts and VAT. To my dismay the engineer who turned up spent 3 hours stripping my boiler, and was unable to fix it so left us without hot water overnight. I understand they cannot carry all parts so understand this. However, the engineer did not fill me with confidence and spent time on his phone, I assume asking for advice? As he was leaving he told me he would get a price for the part and would be in touch but also gave me no indication when they would be back. I queried the price for the parts with him, and that is how I learned of the extra costs. The following morning (Friday 31st May) by approximately 11:00am, nobody had rang to tell me what time they would be back or how much the part would be. I had already made the decision to cancel as I had little faith in the engineer. I called the customer services team who advised the part would be £215 and that somebody would be in touch to complete the repair but again no time was given. I expressed my disappointment in that I felt I had been misled. I expressed I did not want to pay for the part and to cancel the job. When challenged on the Fixed Price Repair I thought I was getting as offered by Worcester, he told me that ‘Worcester don’t have to pay for their parts so they are cheaper’. Which tells me that being competitive in pricing is not a concern at Rightio, and that they knowingly charge more than their competitors? The person on the phone advised me he would raise the issue with the complaints department, but on another call later that day, another member of the team said this would not happen and I would need to email, hence my note today. I then called Worcester to repair the fault. The engineer turned the boiler on at the wall and the fan and fuse has blown, most likely due to water getting in the fan. So now the fan also needs to be replaced. The heat exchanger was not been cleaned, when the Rightio engineer told us he had done it, I have taken photographs of the debris in the heat exchanger. The Rightio engineer has also pulled two wires out of the back of a plug (again I have photographs) that means the harness will have to be replaced.

Ive had an engineer come out and paid 140 pound. He replaced a radiator valve and fixed the radiator to the wall The valve is still leaking and the radiator has fell off the wall as he only put in one screw and no wall plug I called up and they came out to check while i was not in, my partner was The engineer had said the pipe is not leaking and the radiator was done out of good will (i paid 140 pound an hour it is not good will) I have rang again multiple times and they are refusing to come and fix the leak, causing damage to my cieling

Dreadful service. My elderly dad has had numerous cancelled appointments leaving him without heating in winter. He then called them again (why, I don't know?!!) The repair they did has failed after a few weeks. They are chasing him for money that he has already paid. They've lost his bank statement he's sent too prove he paid. Now I'm fighting to get a call to repair the repair they did, as "he hasn't paid the bill". AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
