Really excellent service, fitted a new shower pump after incorrect pump fitted by previous bathroom design service. Called at agreed time, very clean and efficient workmen. At last a working shower after 6months of ongoing problems. Would highly recommend both Maurice and Philip.

Unblocked kitchen sink carried out quickly and efficiently, staff were friendly. I am happy with the work and the speed it was done, however I am unhappy about the quote, e.g. I was quoted 'if it is a straight forward job then it will be £79 all in', £79 turned out to be a call out charge. I was surprised to be charged £138. It was a very quick job, in and out less than 15 minutes. The drain was quickly unblocked with 2 compressed gas cartridge, also checked that there was no leak in u bend, and switched on washing machine to check water drainage. The extras were for 2 gas cartridge used and vat on the £79 call out charge. I would advise this trader to be clear upfront that their call out charge is £79 and that any materials used will be charged as well with VAT on the total. 'All in was clearly not all in' I would appreciate to be told in advance of possible extra costs for materials or extra cost if the job was deemed complicated and that the quote was not inclusive of VAT.

Excellent service- can't recommend highly enough. Plumber arrived within 30 mins from my call and was very efficient, worked quickly, professionally and was very polite. Tidy work and left bathroom good as new. I will definitely be using again for any plumbing issues. If I could rate higher than 5/5 I would. Thank you Belmont Plumbing.
