I called Mr Whyte to help solve a problem with my toilet flush. He didn't tell me about a call out charge. He advised me to buy a new assembly, which I have done. The problem remains with the toilet and I was surprised to come home from holiday to a bill of £39 for a 15 minute visit with no solution.
