just want to say that Raymond is a gentleman he came to help me with a busted pipe in my garden he arrived in less than 30 mins from me calling him. I would really recommend him to anyone top class man thanks again Raymond

I've used Hillview for about 8 years. Raymond has always been very pleasant to deal with. He replaced my gas boiler about 6 years ago, it didn't miss a beat until recently but as it had a 7 year guarantee it was fixed under warranty, for free, by the manufacturer. He installs a lot of gas boilers so really knows what he's doing. More recently I had a kitchen tap replaced. I bought my own replacement from Screwfix and Raymond swapped it over in no time at all. He quoted me a price beforehand which I found very acceptable. I met Raymond's son on the last occasion and I get equally good vibes from him, so should Raymond retire I can hopefully continue using Hillview.

Fault developed immediately after Raymond and son installed a new oil boiler for my 90 year old mother so her electrical supply kept tripping yet until that there had never been a trip problem in her house. Yes, anyone can make a mistake but Raymond and son NEVER came back to fix the problem despite many attempts by myself so if you want your elderly mother to sit in the cold and dark, just call Raymond - he's your man!

Raymond is a gentleman really helped us out. Will be using Hillview again.
