Paul Harley istalled m phoenix gas boiler and it cently run out of its warranty and I tied to contact Paul as it wasn´t working and I left him various voice mails and he never replied to me. I had to get another installer to look at my boiler and was informed that there was nothing wrong with it, it was an electicial fault due to not being wired properly by Paul Harley. I wouldn´t recommendhim fo this reason. WE ee stuck without heating for 5 days with an 8 month old baby in the house, while I got the probem sorted.

We tried to get this guy out to provide us with a quotation. 3 visits booked he never turned up once or phoned to say he couldn't make it. Thanks.
