We called upon Lexall Heating following several local recommendations - and can understand why Alex has such a good reputation. He diagnosed the two faults with our oil boiler within just a few minutes, was open about part replacement costs, sourced them locally and fitted them the same day. Before leaving he ensured our heating and hot water system was fully functional and nothing was too much trouble. Further, after completing the work, he then spent an hour of his own time examining our system and discussing the merits of single/two pipe systems explaining fully and clearly the problems we would be likely to encounter with our own. He is also most considerate in the home right from the moment he arrived and removed his clean shoes outside the door - a complete contrast to an earlier company where its two muddy-booted fitters traipsed mud around the house and right across our white carpet. Yes, these things are noticed. We will be using Lexall Heating Services again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others with the same confidence that he was recommended to ourselves.
