WPJ came and serviced our boiler today, turned up on time, smartly dressed and completed the work efficiently. Invoice sent two hours later by email and even let me pay online! Great company
An engineer from WPJ recently serviced my boiler and could not be faulted for efficiency and courteous conduct. I always feel I am contacting a trusted company.
We have been using WPJ for over 5 years now and they have never let us down. We've had a new boiler, a new bathroom and various plumbing work done with them and their work has always been exceptional. Their office staff are always very helpful and supportive. Couldn't recommend enough
We used WPJ for a few plumbing jobs in our home and after shopping around we thought they had the best experience and good value rates. We had some new taps installed, fitted appliances and fixed all the radiators. Great customer services, highly recommended and will definitely use again, thank you very much!
Appalling experience. Appalling service. Appalling everything. A fixed tap was broken and left me with no hot water. Was told a stop cap needed ‘a plumber’ to open - which is what I thought I was playing for. The engineer cancelled 2 times, broke my cupboard, broke the working tap and explained how ‘they had issues with incompetent staff’. I was then sent an invoice for the job, with an additional quote for the work that was nearly £1000. I explained I wouldn’t pay in writing asking for the Managing Director to call me. I explained this twice in writing asking for a call. I was repeatedly sent invoices despite calling to explain. Was finally threatened with being taken to court being told I was lying and it was my word against theirs and they had ‘no record’ of any conversations and all the staff had left. I was told to pay half the amount or I could make my case in court. I paid because it was very threatening. And to be cIear I got a new plumber to look at what I had asked to be done and within an hour he had repaired their damage, got the hot water working and opened the stop gap. Not entirely sure how that would cost £1000. I appreciate my experience may not be everyone else’s.
