Jason was really responsive when our boiler went on the blink. He came (less than 24 hours after I called), he diagnosed (blocked heat exchanger), he fixed (spirits of salts flush through the said heat exchanger). And explained what he was doing along the way. Apologies to his other client whose job he moved from am to pm so that he could come to us first. He said it would be OK so I hope it was. Water has never been so scalding hot !

I have used Jason for a number of years now across a range of jobs - from fitting new boilers to gas safety certificates. He is always very prompt, gets the job completed on time and has an eye for detail when it comes to finding and repairing faults. A first class engineer - I would definitely recommend him!

Jason is by far the most reliable plumber in south London. Having struggled for ages trying to find someone to fix some persistent issues with my recently purchased flat in the area and failing miserably as people often did not turn up and if they did, the job was not dealt with in a professional manner. Luckily, I finally heard about this guy. Jason fixed everything I needed done very efficiently, on time and the communication worked fantastically. Highly recommended.

Jason came to my flat and safety checked the gas appliances. He found a fault with my oven and together with my partner they agreed that he would dash out, buy a new oven and he had fitted it by the time I can home from an afternoon out! Thanks, Jason! He really went the extra mile.
