Just had our new bathroom done with walk in shower. Amazing job by Gordon taking in numerous trades. Hard graft from a guy that never stopped and who was kind and courteous at all times! Would have given more than 5 stars given space! Hats off!

Excellent service phoned at 9am and a plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem. Polite and very efficient.

Charged my 78 year old mother £190 for a £70 tap including fitting and VAT. The job took less than I hour to complete. There was no explanation of the charges before purchasing and when she visited the showroom to query it , had to visit three times to be told “ there’s nothing they can do” . The employee she mentioned it to first “ forgot “ to deal with it . Three 20 mile round trips. Shocking Service.

A sigh off relief always when you call , great service second to none glad to say I have used them for over ten years and still swear by their quality of work .Never the cheapest but always the best . Raving fan Peter .
