Hi there, just a few lines to say thanks for the great service. I own my home and manage a number of different types of property around Oxford, and a friend recommended using Heelas after a number of previous plumbers had let me down. Dan and his team have diagnosed and fixed many issues for me from heating not working in family accommodation, to designing and installing a heating system in a renovation. Professional, honest, reliable tradespeople you can trust which is great for me. Friendly, conscientious staff. I would thoroughly recommend Heelas for any aspect of heating or plumbing requirements.

Not recommended. Very painful experience. No customer service or care. Heelas came for the servicing of our boiler and charged premium rate £192 for a quick 35 mins. The boiler did not work after that! While it was working perfectly fine until then. Heelas did not bother much to diagnose the problem and very quickly left us deal directly with Worcester customer service. 5 days without heating or hot water. Worcester very professionally fixed the issue. Heelas did not even offer a refund or compensation for all the troubles. Waste of time and money. Typical "not-my-fault" attitude.

Can’t recommend Dan and his team enough, fitted a new Bunded oil tank and Burner for our low bake oven , this was carried out with minimal disruption to our business, no mess no fuss just a first class job. Many thanks from KC Autocolours Quality Auto Refinishing
