First class service again! Boiler broke Christmas eve. I called they diagnosed the fault (right first time) sourced the part and fixed same day. Now have heating for Christmas. I am sure there is cheaper out there but I will always use this company. Thanks again have a great Christmas! Terry Giles

I have recently had my central heating system modernised to a combi boiler. A pleasant experience from the initial estimation to completion. Prompt, friendly competent engineers, and all at the initial quoted price. I would highly recommend this company. It's unusual to find good old fashioned service like this these days.

It's been two months and I'm still waiting for repairing shower they fitted. Nice! And now I found out I am a liar. They fitted my boiler a bit more that a year ago and I was told, by the owner, they will show up after a year for service. I was patiently waiting. Lady on the phone called me a liar and told me to check papers. And I wasn't the only one who spoke with the owner.

My name is Eve Hoskins I am a pensioner and I cannot recommend this fantastic company more, about 30 years ago they fitted my boiler and I've never had a problem with it in all this time. I recently decided to have a new modern boiler fitted with room heating control and radiators flushed because as you can imagine after 30 years they definitely needed it. Right from start to finish from booking a quote to doing and finishing job , I simply cannot praise or thank them enough. The workmen were fantastic and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, they also replaced and repaired a pipe I had been meaning to get sorted under the sink without any extra charge or my asking them . I really can't thank them enough and I was totally pleasantly surprised when I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them this morning . Thank you B&G Jenkins, thank you x
