Come out priced the job, said he would be here today between 10-11 am took day off work to accommodate this. No show, he just didn’t turn up, tried to call him several times and text him as well no answer. Horrendous customer service, no correspondence at all. He knew I had other tradesmen ready to come in after him to get things sorted In my house, Had to put all other tradesmen on hold till I find a new plumber. So now back to the drawing board to try and find a plumber who will actually turn up. Unfortunately I could not recommend based on this experience, complete waste of time.
