After having Gerald Low & Co help me with various plumbing requirements whilst conducting house renovations, I would highly recommend them. I have had a number of their engineers come out and they were always pleasant, smartly presented and clean working. A very professional job from quote to finish and no issues 6 months onward. A 5 star service.

Emergency call out to a bad leak on a Sunday. Person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, explained to me how to turn my mains water off immediately and had an engineer on site within an hour of calling. Cause of leak was quickly found and he was able to fix it there and then. Could not fault the service one bit. Will recommend to everyone.

Excellent service, operators always friendly, polite and skilled at their job. They've come out to us a fee times, always as soon as possible, usually next day. The problem has always been fixed first time without hassle. Couldn't fault them one bit

We had a new boiler fitted by Gerald Low & Co which has proved to be the best decision we have made, in a good while, their work was impeccable, everything was left clean and tidy, and George and Josh were fantastic.
