Highly recommended. Not only were my previously blocked toilet and drains resolved within the hour, the engineer took the time to explain things to me which will should prevent this from happening again. Conrad, I'd have given you a tip for your excellent service but as your industry hourly rate is that of my daily rate, you can appreciate I had to hold back :-)

The guy showed up in 1/2 an hour after calling, was totally honest that he probably couldn't fix the issue without considerable cost and suggested a DIY alternative. Can't actually vouch for their work! but no with no callout fee and a friendly service, I'll definitely go to them again for problems.
