My family has been impressed with their upgrading of a bathroom into a swish modern shower room. Austins have recently redecorated and renovated part of my house ( work last done by this firm some 20 years ago) and transformed it with lighter colours. I have always appreciated their quick response to emergency calls, usually for plumbing problems and their intelligent approach to problem solving. Full marks to R.G. Austin as an all-round reliable firm of builders with integrity and high standards of workmanship.

Excellent, professional plumbers who provide a polite and very responsive service :-) I had issues with my shower and toilet (the shower wasn't working at all and the toilet was leaking) that needed fixing quickly as I had new tenants moving in. Jon came around ASAP and appraised the issue; fixing the shower the same day and the toilet later in the week when a key part he had to order had arrived. All in all, great work and no further issues. Very reasonably priced (I had confidence in the transparent approach to the estimate), so will certainly be back in contact with RG Austin if any/when(!) further issues arise!
