Definitely was some miscommunication between me and Mr Acosta from the beginning, but it was really neither of our fault, it was a tenants fault for delaying the job. Mr Acosta is an older gentleman who might get a little grump at times, but he's an OK man, just gotta understand he's an older person so doesn't have too much patience. Otherwise, he is very experienced in what he does, he has the tools and the trucks to do the work, and his prices are fantastic compared to other companies I got a quote from. I would definitely hire him again, once you know his personality I think it's easier to work with him.

called them on a Sunday and they were able to help us out on Monday. they kept their word on price and did a clean excellent job on a very hot day! will be using them now for all my septic needs.
