Worst service experience ever! Paid upfront to supply and fit central heating pump which got fitted 8 days later. Left without hot water for a week unnecessarily I had to contact another plumber to correct. No replies to calls and emails regards poor service. I had to eventually go direct to shop to discuss poor service. I requested a full refund as I had no confidence in the work being completed as agreed. This was refused and a discount offered, but again no reply to calls or emails to discuss following completion. Would not use this company again.
