Contacted for a quote on some plumbing work. Polite on the phone however never turned up to provide quote and he never called to cancel or reschedule.

My boiler broke down on the Bank Holiday Monday - typical. I then had the task of phoning around looking for an available heating engineer. After speaking with John on the phone, he was decent enough to troubleshoot my issue and tried to resolve over the phone to avoid me paying a call out -even talking through what to do, step by step. Although I didn't actually use John's services, I just thought it's rare to find someone so helpful and honest these days. I ended up going back to the manufacturer due to a special part needed quickly.

I had my new central heating boiler installed recently by John Reid. The job was done efficiently and works perfectly. Well worth the money, and no problems since it was done.
