Excellent service both times we've used them now. 1. Completed a pre-sale gas check of the house we were purchasing and sent through the completed papwerwork within days of us even enquiring about it. 2. Sent a message through about a blocked/leaking toilet late one evening. Early next morning he text me back to arrange an inspection that same afternoon. Did the inspection, suggested some possible solutions and explained exactly what he would do beforehand. Sent through a quote and then managed to come the very next afternoon to replace the toilet completely. Looks infinitely (excuse the pun) better than beforehand. 100% keeping his number for the next gas/water problem we have. Thanks again
