Darren gave us good advice on our bathroom refurb. His whole team were polite, reliable and very professional. They did an amazing job and consulted with us at every stage and we were extremely happy with the final result. They ensured we had heating and hot water after they had finished each day. They were very tidy and everything was clean at the end of each day. They were a pleasure to have around and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing work. Prices were reasonable and they went the extra mile even though our old house had issues with wonky walls and awkward electrics.

Very poor service. Took over a week for him to turn up. Once he did come, advised he would be back the next day with a part. Didn’t show up, won’t answer the phone. A week later and he still will not respond at all. He knew we had no hot water or heating. A plumber that leaves a family with two children with no hot water or heating is a Very poor rate Workman and shows what a totally unprofessional cowboy service he is ! Complaint registered with polypipe.
