I called them at 905 am they said a plumber would be with me around 130pm I got home by then I contacted them again at 2.30 pm to chase up plumber Oh he should be with you bt 300pm and 7 It’s now 747 no plumber and I contacted the company which is not located in Norfolk Long Stratton using tho address They are based in south end Totally poor in every way Cowboys making a joke out of people don’t use them they don’t deserve 5 star rating disgusting
