Clives work is good quality, my issue is with the final bill, in my opinion they overcharged by around £100 (this was more than the original verbal quote) their justification was that the additional cost was due to buying a few copper fitting that cost pennies and fuel costs driving to collect them (1 mile at most). Like I said good quality work and nice people but my advice is to get a written quote prior to work commencing then all parties should be happy.

Very professional service

Clive did a great job servicing my boiler and installing my shower. When I had a problem with the shower (not his fault) he came back quickly and sorted it for me. Great job, explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa was terrible & very rude - many other people I know are ready to share their experiences with this poor poor excuse for a plumbing company, the power of reviews hey?

Customer service poor waited a week for an appointment then did not show and no communication even though waited in all day. Apparently the bigger clients are more important and then couldn't reschedule for 2 months. Although apologise feel very let down.
