The engineer James was truly professional from start to finish. Good old fashioned manners and respect toward my whole family whilst dealing with an emergency call out, working around my children. He was very knowledgable and explained the issue clearly when quoting me. James also rectified poor plumbing work that a previous engineer carried out while fixing the problem I had. I was also impressed with how tidy James was when carrying our the work required. The positive to all this is that I have now found myself a fantastic plumber to undertake all our plumbing and gas work in the future and will certainly recommend to others. Many thanks Hugo.
