Had a full gas central heating system and boiler fitted, Elliot who came to install it all was professional, courteous, tidied up behind himself each day and caused as little household disturbance as possible. All fitted within 4 days and at a very reasonable price too. From personal experience, I would recommend BSA Regal.

Absolutely shoddy workmanship had them out to serivice the boiler and and to fix a leak from the condensing pipe there so called engineer replaced a faulty plastic elbow but left us with another broken pipe between the bathroom floor and kitchen sealing resulting all the water coming out of the bolier and the bath on to our kitchen ceiling. We had to call out another emergency plumber to try and fix the problem they caused. There response was to be expected let us come and fix it for you but the manager would not accept any blame said it could be because of the way the pipe was installed, strange as they installed the boiler and pipe 7 years ago. Needless to say i dont want them back to fix the issue they caused. If you are looking for a trustworthy company and excellant workmanship DONT ask BSA Regal
I have used BSA Regal Heating for several things over the past few years and have had great service every time. Since then my family has had work done from them and are pleased with their service too. They have charged their quoted prices and done all the jobs on time. Very pleased.
I was doing a rewire for some very close friends of mine they got this firm into do a brand new heating system. They have totally butchered the flooring cut a 4 inch strips into chipboard flooring in a bedroom to get pipes across one of the rooms. Its lost all of its strength and will have to be replaced. Where floorboards are in other bedrooms rooms instead of notching in the centre they decided to cut out the edge of joist so now floorboard sits on pipe work. In fact anywhere they have taken up floor its butchered no skill or care taken at all. I showed my friends its possible to do with no damage and if it wasn't for me pointing out what was going on they would of been none the wiser as neither are in the construction industry. The insulation of the pipes in garage by boiler pipe work looks like a 3 year old has put in. Not sure about the plumbing itself as not my area but anything thrown in that quick is bound to have problems. Was a total rush job no care taken or good workmanship. No rubbish bins needed either as under floorboards was convenient. Throw it in walk away charge lots and on to next. How has this type of work become acceptable and whos going to pay the chippy to repair floors. I did bring this up on site as id seen enough and had to say something as not going to watch people wrck my friends house. So they sent a guy to screw in blocks of timber under floorboards as a repair. But how is that acceptable. Its going to cost hundreds to put right properly. My advice to anyone thinking of using them is dont find someone else.
