Arrived when stated(was actually a bit early). Very amenable, was clear about what he had to do and explained how bathroom cistern and new kitchen taps worked. Explained how to adjust things in future if required. A very pleasant and efficient individual who we would highly recommend and we have now added a plumber to our list of tradespeople that we use!
