Have used these several times for boiler services, just be warned, if you need something replacing they charge £25 PER HALF HOUR! This includes them swanning round Preston "looking" for a shop selling the part, and at £50 per hour this this soon racks up to a massive bill.

Not trustworthy. Used them regularly but not any more. Minimal boiler repair: engineer had done the minimum to achieve a "fix" by replacing one seal on the heat exchanger instead of both as common sense would dictate, and which I had paid for. On the same visit they TORE OFF the diagnostic label from the control panel! Why?? - So that it's difficult for anyone to troubleshoot it in the future!! All they want is for it to break down again so they can sell me a new boiler.
I have had my annual boiler service from Chris. He is a credit to the firm up holding the family values of this company. I would recommend GOS to anyone. Efficient, good value firm that cares. Thank you
