Steve is reliable, has clear and transparent pricing and always keeps you informed with what's happening. He once abandoned his Sunday dinner when our carbon monoxide alarm was beeping...it turned out to be a false alarm but Steve's response has ensured a customer for life.

Steve's done a handful of jobs for me since October '14 (including new boiler, various bits of pipework, an emergency "exploding" outside tap and a handful of other things) and all have been done really promptly, really well and for an excellent price. Highly recommended.
