Booked twice in july 5-7th. Did not turn up twice. Called multiple times and did not answer. Avoid.

Jake was very polite, professional and helpful. Gave me a price upfront for fixing my toilet which I think was reasonable and a good timeframe for arrival. It seems a good, reasonable, available and reliable plumber can he hard to come by! I would have no hesitation using Jake again.
Jake did a brilliant job in changing my TRV valves on my radiator, he's attentive to his work and works in a professional manner. He is very reliable and honest and always advises on the best approach- I would highly recommend him to anyone !!
