Everyone has the fear of coming home to a garage with water all over the ground coming from their water heater. That was me today. So I go online and one of the first results was Water Heaters Only. Checked out their website, called, and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. He found out that my water heater was 12+ years old so it was time to replace it. As soon as I knew someone was coming I immediately drained my water heater to make the process faster. Patrick was person who came to do the job. As soon as he came he looked to what need to be done and started right away. He was very professional and got everything done quite quickly! Water heater removal, installation, gas piping update, soldering, pan and straps only took about an hour and fifteen minutes! Lastly he taught me how to start and operate my new and updated water heater. I'm so happy and very satisfied with the speed, quality, and professionalism with Water Heaters Only and Patrick. Thank you so very much! I now have a dry garage and hot water once again.

Chris did a fantastic installation of our new water heater! We lost our hot water on Friday night, called Water Heaters on Saturday morning and Chris arrived at our home in 2 hours! I wish to post about a positive experience I had with Daniel of Water Heaters Only, east San Diego County division. Daniel was prompt, efficient, polite and extremely informative while he expertly installed my new water heater. He also tracked down the water pressure regulator and measured the pressure accurately. I would heartily recommend Water Heaters Only (esp. Daniel and David and Valerie) to anyone needing water heater service.

We had a new water heater installed. Michael did an excellent job. I give him 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He explained everything he did. I would highly recommend him. Also, Seth, who helped set up the appointment was very helpful.
