The lady in the office answered the phone straight away and was able to fit us in with one of their engineers for the following day. Such a change from other heating and water engineers we've used in the past, where even getting them to answer the phone or respond to a message is like trying to get blood from a stone. The engineer arrived on time, serviced our boiler, fixed a leaky bathroom towel rail and traced a fault in our heating system. He was unable to fix it there and then as he didn't have the part with him but he offered to source the part and come back and fit it the same day. However, we were reluctant to upset his schedule so we said we'd make a new appointment. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Came to my house on a Sunday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had it all fixed by 9am Tuesday morning. Highly recommend.
