Very unhelpful; poor customer service. When I called to ask if they could repair or replace a shower for my elderly father (who lives nearby in Bedlington) they said the work "wouldn't be worth it". The lady who answered the phone was rather abrupt and unhelpful and I felt I was being a nuisance for asking if they could do some work for us. On this basis I cannot recommend calling this plumber.
