David O'Ferrall Plumbing and Heating

David is always our plumber of choice - ever since he installed our central heating and other plumbing 24 years ago! Since then he has repaired/replaced as required, including new external boiler. Very skilled and experienced - would not hesitate to recommend.

David turned up when promised and done a great job. No problems or issues. Very experienced, was recommended to me by a friend.

Totally unreliable - called round and said would arrange to get hold of a part for my boiler and despite repeated chasing and voicemails left after 10 days for the following week just 'disappeared off the face of the earth' by not answering any calls or returning any messages leaving me with a freezing house, now being sorted by someone else who is reliable. Dreadful attitude, doesn't deserve to be in business treating people like this, the sort of person who gives trades a bad name. AVOID!
