Friendly and competent engineer. Found Jason to be very competitive on price and still do a fantastic job. He even helped me get the boiler going after we ran out of oil via phone when he could have easily charged me to come out and do it for me. Highly recommended

Fantastic engineer. Couldn’t rate highly enough. Another company suggested I had a faulty part, but quoted a shocking price to fix/replace. Heatcare were contacted and arranged to attend and replace the part I would supply, guaranteeing their work as well. On the day Jason attended promptly. He was friendly and professional, checked the system and to my surprise actually identified the previous advice was wrong and the part wasn’t even faulty. Previous company hadn’t checked it thoroughly enough. So he saved me money by refusing to fit a part I didn’t need. Not that’s honesty!

Jason quoted to replace my boiler, he kept to the quote, kept to the date, and did a very professional job, I will shortly get him to do some other work in the new year. Thank you Jason, heatcare plumber.
