Rachid came within half an hour to fix my boiler after I called him late at night which I thought was exceptional. He was very professional and provided service with a smile which I find is rare with trades people these days. I would highly recommend him.

Well! What can I say? I have called upon Mr. Rachid for his plumbing services for a number of years now on a number of varying jobs and projects and I can 'hand on heart' say that he is a very passionate and progressive plumber. Firstly he is very well informed in his field, he seems to have a good balance between tried and tested traditional solutions and only ever introducing new concepts to me if he feels they will be of particular benefit for the situation concerned. He is more than happy to keep the 'interested' client well informed of exactly what he is doing and why. He is equipped with the best tools for the job, no expense spared - and it shows. He is very polite, frank, honest and trustworthy a pleasure to have around because you know your in good professional hands. His work is meticulous, to the highest standard (really!) and is carried out with great pride. He doesn't cut corners at all, this plumber is the bees knees.
