Where do I begin? These guys showed up, without the promised call, with such an attitude! All work to be performed had been previously authorized by our insurance and they wanted to argue with me. We had a list of about 8-10 items that had been given to them on the telephone to fix and it was very apparent they were not interested in fixing anything. Instead of repairing a leaking faucet, they wanted to replace it with one that would not match. It was simply a washer that needed to be replaced but for them, it was easier (and they probably got a lot more from the insurance company) to replace the entire faucet. When I questioned why this had to be done, the attitude was unbelievable! After this happened twice, we wound up throwing them out of our house. I would never recommend this company unless you need a good dose of rude, nasty attitude
