I would highly recommend these guys for any work your needing done around your home. They open planned our dinning room and kitchen to a high standard and have also fixed numerous other small jobs around the house over the past few years.

Chris does a lot of work me in my roll as a property manager and I would highly recommend him. He has covered all types of work from roof leaks to house clearances and joinery to general fixes. It's a service I use on a daily basis and wouldn't go without, professional reliable and honest.

We contacted Chris from Property Solutions and he came the same day to view our bathroom which we were planning to refurbish from top to bottom. Chris very quickly understood our vision and in a short period of time pretty much did everything to complete the job - from re-plastering and tiling the walls, to laying the vinyl floor, to installing the shower cubicle - as well as all other things such as skirting boards and other cosmetic enhancements. Chris made further suggestions to improve the look & feel of the bathroom, things we hadn't thought of ourselves. He also contacted both a plumber & an electrician when required - so I didn't have to worry about any of that. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom which has been finished to an extremely high standard. I cannot recommend Property Solutions Coleraine highly enough - their quality of work, professional services and reasonable rates mean I'll be contacting them first for any similar requirements.
