Drilled through a mains water pipe on Easter Sunday, only person to answer the phone. Arrived withing 45 mins and fixed the pipework, was more interested in helping us than charging silly prices, very reasonable and trustworthy.. Thank you

Came out Sunday morning to do an emergency fix to my boiler. Arrived quickly, fixed the boiler, didn't charge too much. Excellent, would use again.

After two visits Richard could not fix the ideal standard toilet which had problems flushing and suggested us to get a new one. He charged us 100 pounds for his failed attempts.
