I am having the same experience as others who also left a 1 star review. My partner schedule him to come out, we texted him the address, and then crickets. He has been avoiding calls and texts. So sad. I don't understand how he got such good reviews from other people.

Cesar and team did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel. Highly recommend Masterpiece Handyman Services, truly a professional company that can be trusted to perform. Clean, efficient, and done on time. Will definitely use again!

Unprofessional, I called to make an appointment, he had me text the address and other info and never replied to the text. I had to call to make sure he got it. We made an appointment for Saturday at 2pm, when he didn't show up at 2:30pm we called and and left a message. We waited until 3:45pm and he never showed. Didn't get a call the next day or the day after that, So I called to find out what happened. He said "Oh, my employee had a flat tire and couldn't make it", I asked why we didn't get a call and he said nothing, all he said was "When do you want us to come back". I told him forget it, I didn't want to deal with a no show, no call again. First time and last time I will ever contact this company for any service! Wish it would have worked out.
