Fantastic - Paul easily sorted out a problem that had stumped two people earlier that week. We were on a deadline for sorting out a leaking shower. Two separate people had tried but failed to fix it earlier in the week and we needed it working for the following day. He also noticed a tap that would soon need replacing and we were able to sort that out at the same time and prevent problems for our tenant when we were abroad. Thank you!
