Investigative Plumbing

I had a water line break in my front yard causing water to run out of underneath my retaining wall. I couldn't tell where the break was so I called Carl. He came out and found the leak in short order for me and charged me a fair price. I am thankful for the quick response, the successful leak detective work and the fair price. I'll be keeping his number on my fridge for the next time I need a plumber.

Tried to call Investigative Plumbing to speak to the owner about my plumbing issues. The person, who I assume is the owner, was VERY RUDE and hung up in my face. If you cannot treat people with respect on the phone, how can I trust you to treat my house with respect when you come out to work on it.
