Got myself in a bit of a pickle today where I managed to screw through some central heating pipes in a property. Called to ask for assistance after I managed to stop the water. They arrived earlier than anticipated (called me to advise they could get there earlier). Job was executed to a great standard in no time at all. Price was extremely reasonable given I was completely at their mercy. Feeling a little silly, but thankful it was sorted out with minimal fuss. Thank you.

J R Bennett & Son were on site daily and made sure deadlines were kept. Their vast experience in the industry kept me assured at all times. Workmanship was excellent at all times.

The son was very polite and carried out the work to a good standard. But the father on the other hand was very unreliable, didn't turn up to the first appointment which I then had to contact him multiple times to find out when he was coming to do the work. A simple courtesy phone call would have been nice to let me know what I was doing as I had planned around the appointment each time it was rescheduled. It's his business so surely he should be letting the customer know what is happening rather than the customer having to keep ringing to find out for themselves. I will not be using in the future!
