Charlie came round on short notice and remained in good humour when the issue appeared to resolve itself before he even arrived. For our peace of mind he conducted his own checks and took preventative steps to make sure the issue didn't repeat itself. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Charlie, he came out on a Saturday, arrived on time and did an amazing job. He pays attention to detail, was really tidy and only left when he had checked all systems were working correctly. Highly recommended.
